About Newdiamondtools
History
Newdiamondtools was founded by Ms.Yu and her partners in 2015. We sales the diamond tools in the stone field in the early stage of the company. In 2016, we began to sales the precision grinding tools.In 2017, we established the production center and have own production lines. With the experienced engineers and advanced technology, our factory has developed very fast, and our products have been exported to USA, Europe, Indonesia, Malaysia, South Africa, and etc. We have many loyal customers all over the world with high-quality products and good after-sales service.

We manufacture and supply the following products:
Superhard grinding wheels series: diamond grinding wheels, CBN grinding wheels, and mixed abrasive grinding wheels. The diamond and CBN tools include vitrified bond, resin bond, metal bond, vacuum brazed and electroplated series, as well as hybrid bond.
Coated abrasive tools series: diamond abrasive belts, CBN abrasive belts, diamond flap disc wheels.
Diamond cut-off wheel: resin bonded, electroplated bonded, metal bonded and vacuum brazed .
Diamond dicing blades: resin diamond dicing blades, metal diamond dicing blades, electroplated diamond dicing blades, also can be divided into two types: hub type, non-hub type.
Honing tools: honing heads, mandrels, diamond honing stones,CBN honing stones.
PCD&CBN tool series: Standard PCD /CBN insert, customized PCD/CBN insert, PCD/CBN blank.

Superhard abrasives is the foundation of high quality tools. ZhongNan and some imported abrasives ensure the stability of our products.
With many years of experience, we have the reasonable formula ratio( concentration and other auxiliary materials) according the grinding object. We have strict standards for the manufacturing technology, ensuring the high yield. Inspect every product before leaving the factory to ensure that it is qualified.
We mainly offer the customized services for our customers. Based on the customer’s grinding object, choose the appropriate tool, and then debugging can be carried out to meet the customers’requirements such as the sharpness, life, accuracy and etc.
Package and Shipment:
The package is safe and reliable, and usually packed in the carton box or wooden box outside. The goods is wrapped by the soft materials inside to ensure that the goods arrives at the hands of the customers in the good condition.
We will communicate with our customers how to ship the goods, and then send the waybill number and all necessary customs clearance documents to our customers.
After-sales service
We are responsible for our products and will provide the technical support to the customers that can solve the problems when using. If there is a quality issue , we will refund the customers the product fee or resend the new products.
