Application of Diamond Sanding Belts

Electroplated diamond sanding belt

Electroplated sanding belt has high strength, and the wear resistance and heat resistance of the bonding agent are higher than those of resin bond sanding belt, which is suitable for high-speed and heavy-load grinding.

Resin Bond Diamond Sanding Belt

Resin bond diamond Abrasive belt is made of diamond abrasive, resin bonding agent, and other raw materials in a certain ratio mixing and uniformly coating on the surface of the matrix, and then curing by baking and pressing.

Resin bond belt has smooth surface and good consistency, which is suitable for grinding and polishing materials with high surface roughness requirements.

The pattern of electroplated sanding belt is usually dot, while that of resin bond diamond sanding belt is rectangular.

The sharpness of electroplated sanding belt is higher than that of resin diamond belt, but resin belt has a better life, and the surface smoothness of the workpiece to be ground is higher.
