In the process of grinding hard and brittle materials and metal workpieces, we need to choose the grinding modes based on the shape of the workpiece and the final processing shape. The grinding mode of grinding wheel is diverse, mainly including cylindrical grinding, internal grinding, surface grinding, face grinding, centerless grinding, and etc. If the grinding mode is extended to other tools, there is single pass honing tool used for deep holes. JIG grinding mode of grinding mandrel is used on CNC. Also fluting mode is used on multi axis grinding on CNC.
