Electroplated Diamond Cut Off Wheels
With metal substrate as the cathode and electrolytic nickel plate as the anode, put the secondary plate in the electroplating solution containing diamond abrasive, and connect the cathode to the negative pole of DC power supply and the anode to the positive pole of the DC power supply
After the power is turned on, the diamond abrasive in the solution is homogenized with the metal ions on the cathode in a suspended state by stirring，in order to obtain a composite electroplated layer uniformly mixed with metal and diamond abrasive.
After the thickness of the plated layer reaching the requirement, the cathode is taken out of the solution.After cleaning and drying, separate the plated layer and cathode by heating, and then diamond cut off wheel is made into the specified size by stamping die.
