Production Technology:
- Ingredients: Weigh the phenolic resin, diamond, filler, and curing agent in proportion and mix thoroughly.
- Pressing: Press the mixture into the shape of the grinding wheel by the molding machine, and apply appropriate pressure during the pressing technology.
- Curing: Cure the pressed grinding wheels in the constant temperature and humidity environment. The curing time and temperature depend on the type and thickness of resin and curing agent used.
- Screening: Screen the solidified grinding wheel to remove unqualified products which have uneven surface, loosen sand particles and etc.
