Preparation Technology of Vitrified Bond Diamond Wheels
Firstly, the vitrified binder is mixed with synthetic diamond abrasives for cold pressing, and then the embryo is sintered at high temperature.
The vitrified binder is melted or softened at high temperature, making the diamond abrasives wet, wrapped, and bonded. After cooling, the grinding block and substrate are bonded, and then subjected to edge sharpen and dress to obtain the finished vitrified bond diamond grinding wheel.
