Sintered stone cutting blade is mainly designed for bridge cutting of Dekton, Neolith, etc. to accurately and linearly cut sintered stone without chipping.

About Sintered Stone:

Sintered stone is made from natural raw materials pressed with a press of over 10000 tons(over 15000 tons) by special technology, combined with advanced production technology, and fired at high temperature above 1200℃.

Dekton ceramic is currently the most advanced combination of glass, ceramic, and quartz synthesis technology. It is a kind of composited slab which put silicon aluminum with particle sintering technology from quantity to quality, which is PST technology that simulates the ultra-high temperature and ultra-high pressure reactions of nature for thousands of years.

Dekton ceramic is composed of aluminum silicate, silicon dioxide, quartz, zircon, and inorganic pigments, with zero resin and no bonding agent. The Mohs hardness on the surface is as high as 7, which requires high requirements for sintered stone blades. In addition to high sharpness, it also has extremely high requirement for chipping.

Selection of Sintered Stone Cutting Blade:

Double-blade technology: It requires a resin bond diamond cutting blade and a metal bond diamond blade for two times cutting.

The resin bond diamond cutting blade cut firstly. The bonding agent of the resin bond diamond blade is relatively soft and it has good self sharpening performance. The diamond exposes quickly, and the cutting edge is sharp, which can cut the glaze surface very well.

The metal bond diamond blade cuts secondly, which involves deep cutting along the incision of the resin bond blade. The metal bond diamond blade has better impact force and long life, and good shape retention. The combination of resin diamond blade and metal saw blade minimizes the chipping during the cutting technology.
