Optical profile grinder wheel, also known as PG grinding wheel(Profile Grinder), is used for projection grinders such as WAIDA, WASINO, PETEWE, etc., cooperating with plotters for processing. It is a high-precision mechanical processing grinding wheel. The plotter depicts the required graphics on the film, and stick the film onto the projection screen and corrected, and the processor will perform the profiling based on the profile on the film. Optical projection grinding is suitable for profile grinding high hardness materials such as tungsten steel or tungsten carbide, and high-speed workpieces such as S136 mold steel.
