Pre cutting and dressing blade:
1. Choose 400 # resin dressing board
2. Spindle speed 27K, cutting into the dressing board 0.3mm,
3.First, dress 5 cuts with a feed rate of 5mm/s, and then dress 10 cuts with a feed rate of 10mm/s.
Test results:
No obvious burrs and chipping, with a life of up to 6000 meters
